Discute la idea de que los sindicatos mineros peruanos dejaron de importar tras la «edad de oro» de los ochenta: el conflicto persiste, transformado. El 79,2 % de los 1053 convenios firmados entre 2000 y 2023 se resolvió en negociación directa, con una mediación estatal limitada, y las huelgas movilizan a muchos menos trabajadores pero duran más.
