Los conductores y repartidores de aplicativos de Lima reconocen la precariedad de su trabajo, pero se organizan poco. El capítulo atribuye esa distancia a la informalidad en la que las plataformas se insertaron, a un marco político con sindicatos débiles y a un ethos de autonomía individual y desconfianza institucional. El sindicato Sintrapladi, creado en diciembre de 2023, es un primer paso.
